The T.I.G.E.R.S Preservation

The T.I.G.E.R.S Preservation is one of the more expensive attractions offered to vacationers in Myrtle Beach, however it is well worth the expense. The main facility is located in Myrtle Beach 10 miles south of Surfside Beach and is truly a once in a lifetime experience. Dedicated to the preservation of nearly extinct species of various tigers in Asia and South Africa, most of the price paid is donated to this cause. Guests have an opportunity to be up close to tigers, lion cubs, elephants and a host of other animals that you won't find in the petting zoo.

The T.I.G.E.R.S Preservation also offers a free opportunity to visit its animals in Barefoot Landing approximately 16 miles north of the main facility.

Both options provide guests with opportunities to have photos taken with the animals for a fee.
