Sun Fun Festival

This is the Sun Fun Festival's 55th anniversary and we are looking forward to it being bigger and more exciting than ever.

The Sun Fun Festival annually kicks off the summer season in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina with a whirlwind of events for tourists and locals alike to enjoy. Great music, beauty queens, pageantry, parades, fun competition with volleyball and the Largest Sand Castle in the World are all a part of the Sun Fun Festival in Myrtle Beach.

This year the Sun Fun Festival is continuing into September with a Sun Fun Summer Concert Series. These will be held on Fridays all summer in Plyer Park located on Ocean Boulevard. The concerts are designed to be community events for locals and tourists.
