Shows

Alabama Theatre - “One” The Show! is the East Coast’s most spectacular musical extravaganza! It has been named the Governor’s Tourism Event of the Year and South Carolina Venue of the Year. The Celebrity Concert Series highlights many big names all year long. Debuting November 1st, Alabama Theatre's latest, greatest holiday production is the one critics are calling "the South's Grandest Holiday Show!" This spectacular show will run six nights a week through New Year's Eve. The theatre is legendary for their family oriented New Year's Eve Extravaganza! Box Office Officials advise calling early to reserve your seats.
The Carolina Opry - If you only see one show, this is the one! The Carolina Opry has won every major South Carolina tourism award including Most Outstanding Attraction and the prestigious Governor’s Cup. Year after year The Carolina Opry is voted the Best Show by readers of the Myrtle Beach Sun News, a Knight-Ridder newspaper. And it's the only show that has been featured on NBC Nightly News, CNN, TNN, and USA Today, which called it "A Big Hit". The New York Post called it "A Hot Ticket". In November and December the theater is transformed into a winter wonderland where the magic of the season comes alive in The Carolina Opry Christmas Special—a wonderfully dazzling, jolly and sentimental musical celebration of America’s best-loved holiday.
Dixie Stampede - Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede is the most popular dinner attraction in Myrtle Beach. With 32 horses and dozens of cast members performing in a 35,000 square foot arena, the Stampede show is enhanced with full-scale scenery and pyrotechnics. Dolly wanted to recreate the family fun she experienced as a child. With the slogan “the most fun place to eat in Myrtle Beach,” they live up to all expectations of their guests. Their Christmas Show features a spectacular nativity recreation complete with live animals (even camels!)
Legends in Concert - Full-scale production featuring a rotating cast who re-create the looks and sounds of superstars from yesterday and today. Their holiday show will feature Elvis Presley, Barry Manilow, Garth Brooks, Reba McEntire, Whitney Houston, and the Blues Brothers!
Medieval Times - An action-packed dinner and tournament. "Give them a Knight they'll Remember"
The Palace Theater - Located in the Broadway at The Beach Complex, the Palace Theatre is the place to go for Broadway shows in the Myrtle Beach area. Ongoing and upcoming shows include Cats, The Raggs Kids Club Band, Smokey Joes, The Spirit of The Dance, The Rat Pack, Broadway! The Star Spangled Celebration, Southern Gospel Holiday, and The Spirit of Christmas.
Tribute! The Concert - An all-new, all-live show from Calvin Gilmore, producer of The Carolina Opry, features a rotating cast of the country’s top tribute artists – acts so true to the original, it’s amazing, backed by one seriously hot band and dancers sure to dazzle. Don’t miss these “superstars” of yesteryear and top “celebrities” of today. When the lights go down, the crowd still goes crazy at Tribute!
