Seniors Dance the Night Away

The Base Recreation Center at the Old Air Force Base across from Myrtle Beach State Park is where to go if you are a local Senior Citizen or one of our Snow Birds. With workshops and classes on everything from quilting to table tennis. The Base Recreation Center holds a seniors dance twice a month in the winter. Don't know how to dance? Well it's never to late learn. The Recreation Center also offers classes in how to dance. Seniors’ Dances (7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.) Tickets are $7.00 per person. Tickets will not be reserved and can be purchased at the Base Recreation Center on a first come, first served basis. They fill up fast so get yours first.
