If
you’ve ever been hungry, you have probably asked yourself
that often difficult question, “Where are we going to eat?”
With over 2,000 restaurants to choose from, this is especially true
when you are living or visiting Myrtle Beach. However, one new restaurant
makes this decision simple. Phillip’s Seafood, which started
as a small beach seafood shack, has moved their tradition beyond
the mid-atlantic. Steve Phillips, CEO of Phillip’s Seafood,
says the decision to open a location in Myrtle Beach was an easy
one. "The relaxing, family atmosphere of Myrtle Beach, being
so similar to Phillips' native town of Ocean City, Maryland, makes
the new location a natural move for us. It feels like home, in a
sense." Housed in the former Music City Grill, Phillip’s
has seating for 500. They offer a full menu, with a variety of dishes
for both seafood and non-seafood eaters alike. They also have a
children’s menu, and children 4 and under are free. They are
open year round at 4 PM.
