Art Linkletter Planetarium Project Underway
| The nearly 200-acre project will include the 210-seat planetarium, a restaurant, a water park, a 300-room hotel and the kid-friendly "Dreamatarium" educational facility. Future phases would add residential development, retail and office space in adjacent areas |

The entertainment complex will be built
off SC 544, east of Socastee. Developer Jane Lipan said there
is no timetable for construction or completion of the project.
