Island-style Margaritaville
Restaurant Opens in July!
Parrotheads Get Ready To Waste Away!
| Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville will be part of the Broadway at
the Beach expansion, part of 50,000 square feet of new shops located
between Ripley's Aquarium
and the Hampton Inn at Broadway. The stores will be phased in
after the restaurant opens.
Construction is progressing on the 14,000 sq.ft. restaurant, which will feature nightly entertainment by local bands. The menu will include seafood, sandwiches, and of course the Cheeseburger in Paradise! Don Leonard, a spokesman for Margaritaville restaurants, said "Myrtle Beach has been on the radar for about four years, and we came now because of the right location. Myrtle Beach continues to be a great family destination for those looking for a laid-back, fun vacation. That mirrors our concept."
