When we go behind the scenes in Myrtle Beach, a mystical place
to visit is Jacob’s Java. Literally born of a dream when
owner Lee Zulanch (also the owner of Benjamin’s Bagels)
bought the structure to better market his wonderful baked goods.
The City of Surfside called what he was doing manufacturing
and as luck would have it, to remedy this situation, he chose
to open the doors to the public.
Jacob's
Java is a coffee house in the truest sense of the word. Enjoy
an espresso, cappuccino, a cup of their wonderful house coffee
or one of many other blends and varieties.
Adding to the unique ambience, it is a place to barter for
used books and hole up in a comfortable corner. They offer free
wireless access and Internet access for a small fee. Or bring
in your favorite eleven year old for a game of checkers.
When you need to take a coffee break from your vacation we
hope you’ll discover Jacob’s Java. One of the most
interesting places on the beach, where you can sneak away to
just relax.
