Be entertained by the talented cast of the Carolina Opry. The Carolina Opry has won every major South Carolina tourism award including Most Outstanding Attraction and the prestigious Governor's Cup.

Take in a Tribute Show! Legends In Concert features a rotating cast of tribute artists recreating superstars from yesterday and today.

Sample wine at Belle Amie Vineyard & Winery, the only operating vineyard in the Myrtle Beach area. Step into the tasting room to sample private label wines and a variety of gourmet foods. Check out the gift shop for a wide array of wine accessories and unique gifts. Afterwards, relax in a rocking chair on the front porch, have a glass of wine, and enjoy the peacefulness of the farm.

Enjoy fine art on display at the Franklin G. Burroughs-Simeon B. Chapin Art Museum. The free museum showcases exhibitions by National artists and is the primary arts venue in the area. Donations accepted.

Take to the air with Huffman Helicopters. Scenic rides by day and romantic rides by night.

Visit the oceanfront Huntington Beach State Park. Here you will find a freshwater lagoon with alligators, salt marshes, nature trails, picnic shelters, and the historic castle "Atalaya."

Go outlet shopping at Tanger Outlets, North and South

Visit the Waccatee Zoo located on 500 acres of private, carefully preserved, wooded property. Along winding trails, beneath shady trees you'll find over 100 species of animals. The Waccatee Zoo is also a natural wildlife sanctuary and breeding ground for many species of migratory birds.

Play a round of golf on any of the over 100 Golf Courses in the Myrtle Beach area.

Spend a day at the Myrtle Beach State Park and discover the great beach, fishing pier, hiking trails, picnic shelters, nature center, and more.

Enjoy a riverboat cruise down the Intracoastal Waterway!

Visit Barefoot Landing where you will find more than 100 shops, great restaurants, The Alabama Theatre, Alligator Adventure, the Barefoot Princess Riverboat, and the House of Blues.

Experience the excitement of NASCAR on 7 challenging tracks at the NASCAR SpeedPark and dine at the NASCAR Cafe.

Shag the night away at one of the many local dance spots, or just sit, sip, and enjoy watching others do the South Carolina state dance.

Take the kids to the Children's Museum of South Carolina, where hands-on activities rule.

Spend a day and a night at Broadway at the Beach. There are lots of other attractions and activities to keep you entertained, plus an abundance of unique shops and restaurants. The HL Hunley exhibit is also open, located near Margaritaville. Admission is $15.00 ages 3-12; $30.00 ages 13 and up. Broadway at the Beach also offers a variety of night spots at Celebrity Square!

Shop for an authentic Pawleys Island hammock at the Original Hammock Shop. Cool, comfortable and sturdy, the remarkable cotton hammock designed by riverboat Captain Joshua John Ward still soothes and delights all who discover it.

Spend a half-day or more in nearby historic Conway. Learn the history of the county seat at the Horry County Museum, shop for antiques, and have lunch at a charming Main Street eatery.

Go deep-sea fishing. Half-day and full-day trips are available. Bottom fish a few miles out, or head all the way to the Gulf Stream for a sports fishing adventure.

Browse to your heart's content at our new Coastal Grand Mall.

Travel back to the Middle Ages at Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament, where fearless knights on horseback compete in daring tournament games of skill and accuracy.

Hit the flea markets. Myrtle Beach and the surrounding area have some great ones.

Explore the salt marsh alone or aboard a ship in nearby Murrells Inlet. Learn about blue crabs, flounder, spartina (marsh grass), oysters and clams, Great Blue Herons, and other creatures that call the salt marsh home.

Visit Alligator Adventure, one of the largest facilities for reptile life in the world. You will be guided through beautiful natural swamps and marshes, where you'll come across an assortment of reptiles, lizards, turtles, giant frogs, and exotic birds from around the world!

Go fishing on one of eight piers in the area. You don't have to fish to enjoy them - spectators are welcome.

Join the fun at the Dixie Stampede and enjoy a four-course meal along with singing, dancing, comedy, and friendly competitions between the North and the South.

Journey into the underwater world of Ripley's Aquarium, South Carolina's most visited attraction, and be entertained by some of the worlds' most fascinating and dangerous aquatic life.

Play a game of miniature golf. Each course has a fun theme including everything from swashbuckling pirates to man-eating dinosaurs.
