Mapping the Dark: A Museum of Ambient Disorders

Mixed media by Rosamond Casey creates a world of fiction with a collaboration of ten distinct characters compelled to make objects. This collection contains over 100 images that builds portraits of 10 ordinary lives.

Beach Sweep
September 15, 2007

Beach Sweep is South Carolina's largest one-day volunteer cleanup event of its kind. So come lend a hand to make our beaches a better place! Please register by 9/14/07.

Aynor Harvest Hoe-Down Festival
September 15, 2007

The Aynor Harvest Hoe-Down Festival is held in the town park. It is a day long festival for the entire family. We have over 140 craft booths, entertainment and games all day. The Parade starts at 10 am, and the Street dance at 6:30pm. Lots of delicious food including: chicken bog, hot dogs, and scones. Bring the family and spend the day with us. 8:30 AM - 9:30 PM.

2007 South Atlantic Shriner Association Festival
September 21 - 22, 2007

Shriners from the southeastern U.S. compete in events including Clown, Greeter and Motor Corp competitions! Parade Sat. 9 a.m. on S. Ocean Blvd.

Atalaya Arts And Crafts Festival
September 21 - 23, 2007
