KidsArt Adventures at the Art Museum - June 15, July 13 and
August 3, 2006
The Art Museum will host a series of bird and nature themed
art workshops for kids. Six workshops will be held and admission
is free. The workshops are in conjunction with the Audubon Exhibit.

Craftsmen's Classic Arts & Crafts Festival
August 4, 5 & 6, 2006
The Craftsmen’s Classic features the work of many talented
artists and crafters throughout the country. Each of the items
for sell is the artist’s original idea and work. Many
of the artists will be demonstrating their work throughout the
weekend. Whether you are interested in just looking at the exhibits

PGA Tour Superstore World Amateur Handicap Championship
August 27 - September 01, 2006
Golfers of every skill level gather in Myrtle Beach to compete
in the PGA Tour Superstore World Amateur Handicap Championship.
It attracts more than 4,000 golfers from around the world in
a four-day event.

Attic Habitat: Conceptual Art Installation by Janet Orselli
July 13 - August 18, 2006
An upstairs gallery at the Burroughs and Chapin Art museum
should be an event to be remembered. Columbia artist Janet Orselli
will create spaces for the viewer to feel the lost, and cherished
memories stored in the antiquity of a home's attic. Only this
is a space where the memories live.

"Say Cheese!" Family Memories at Brookgreen Gardens
July 15 - August 15, 2006
This exhibition has on display a photographic collage of visitors
at Brookgreen over its seventy-five-year history. Accompanying
the images will be archival photographs representing milestones
in Brookgreen's development from 1931 through 2005. Free with
garden admission.
