Myrtle Beach
Shows
Myrtle Beach is home to a variety of shows to suit all crowds.
Among the many are two recurring favorites, Dixie Stampede and the
Carolina Opry.
Our
first featured show began as Dolly Parton’s dream. Today,
Dixie Stampede is the most popular dinner attraction in Myrtle Beach.
With 32 horses and dozens of cast members performing in a 35,000
square foot arena, the Stampede show is enhanced with full-scale
scenery and pyrotechnics. Dolly wanted to recreate the family fun
she experienced as a child. With the slogan “the most fun
place to eat in Myrtle Beach,” they live up to all expectations
of their guests.
The
Carolina Opry, our second show, has won every major South Carolina
tourism award possible. Rita Gumm leads an outstanding cast of performers
that pour their hearts and souls into every performance. The Carolina
Opry is the only show in Myrtle Beach to be featured on NBC Nightly
News, CNN, TNN and USA network. The Today show called the Opry “a
big hit”. If you see only one show at the beach, make it the
Carolina Opry.
Even if you’re not in Myrtle Beach right now you can still
explore these two venues via the Internet. Click the links below
