Coastal Grand Myrtle Beach is a joint venture between Myrtle Beachs Burroughs & Chapin Company and CBL & Associates Properties of Tennessee. CBL is one of the largest mall developers in the country, with developments and acquisitions throughout the Southeastern and Midwestern states. Coastal Grand will replace Burroughs & Chapin's Myrtle Square Mall as the only fully enclosed shopping mall in the City of Myrtle Beach. Shoppers received their first look this week at the largest mall in South Carolina. It holds about 36,000 square feet in restaurant and entertainment space, and more than 300,000 square feet in specialty shops. The mall has employed over 2,000 workers, and is 80% leased. Altogether, the complex is a 1.5 million square foot shopping giant in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Some of the most frequently asked questions are listed below. Hope to see you there!
